HI, I'M JACKIE

I teach the inner skills that make outer life work better. Through mindfulness, emotional awareness, relational understanding, contemplative reflection, and embodiment, I help people understand themselves more deeply and show up with greater presence, clarity, and compassion. I offer this work through workshops, retreats, and individualized sessions.

I believe your full potential is already present. I simply want to support you in understanding it more fully and knowing it deeply.
